The views here are really beautiful! The owner was friendly and informative. The apartment was very spacious and had good WiFi and kitchen area. Enjoyed all the common areas such as all the games table, trampoline and swimming pool (however you are only allowed access till 9pm to these parts of the shared common rooms), would be really fun here as a group for a few days. Only a 10 minute drive from funchal and 10 minute drive from the airport.

Please note this is not an entire holiday home as advertised, it is one of 4 apartments that you will stay in, with access to shared "commom areas" including the rooftop swimming pool, trampoline, and various games (pool table, darts ect). Please note that you will be told that you have access to the common areas until 10:30pm, however there is actually a sign stating it is only open till 9pm on the entrance door at the accommodation, again false advertisement. We were informed our room would be ready at 2pm. We arrived at 2pm and were told it wouldn't be ready until 2:30pm and the floor was soaking wet from cleaning once we were allowed in. Bathroom could do with a deep clean to remove lots of hairs, dust and mould. Water pressure is poor and drainage is quite slow. Please note there is no air con, just two small electric fans, so if you do not deal well in the heat I would not recommend staying here.

Room was great, clean and tidy, very practical but was a little hot ... Pool area looked good but again, too hot in the glass room ... Worth the stay
