Relax View

The view was amazing. The house have everything you need either you wanna cook or eat out. We felt like we were at home. Great communication with the owner too. Very good WiFi. We spent an amazing time there.

The only thing I would change is the hair dryer. Nothing else

My stay at the Relax View property was nothing short of spectacular. The panoramic city view from the property are simply breathtaking, with each glance out the window or step onto the balcony invoking a sense of awe and wonder. Whether it's the sunset painting the sky with vibrant hues, every moment spent taking in the scenery was a feast for the senses. Moreover, the staff at Relax View were welcoming, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was nothing short of perfection. Their dedication to hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience.

- The view over Funchal is really nice. - Communication with host very good and quick.

- the rooms are small and one house is not ok for two couples. Family with one kid might be better but i wouldn’t count the living room as a sleeping room - the water in the pool was too cold to swim, in the hot tub locked at maximum 24 degrees or so.

The view was good and the flat size was good. facilities on site was reasonable as well.

I did not like the lack of communication between us and the host. It was difficult to resolve issues and questions were not been answered in a timely manner. The sliding door to our bedroom which was accessible by the public on our terrace did not lock. The main door to get into the premises almost all the times was left open, so anyone could walk in do as they please. We made the host aware of the problem, and they did not fix it. They only lied to us saying "it was fixed" while we were away, but it was not. We even sent a video of the issue to them and they did not care. We spent the holiday NOT RELAXED, as we were concerned for our safety during the night. We had to take all our valuables with us everyday as we could not leave the at our flat. The host was well aware of the problem and our safety concerns and did not attempt to do anything to better the situation. They were only interested in taking our money (just under £1000 and not maintaining their premises for their guests. No compensation was offered for this disgraceful experience!
