"The cabin was amazing however the biggest concern was the odor coming from the water."

Overall the cabin was really clean and had plenty of space for all of my cousins and I to hang out. The kids cave is like a little escape for the children to play in. The fire pit has plenty of firewood and is beautiful at night. There are plenty of spaces for entertainment including the theater room and the pool table.

The water smelled like rotten eggs the entire trip, so we had to buy more bottled water. The ice maker and main floor shower has been broken since April 2024, and hadn't been fixed. The balcony door doesn't lock. The dishwasher has had a broken latch since February 2024 according to the previous reviews and it hasn't been fixed. The top floor can get really hot, so make sure to air it out with the fan early on to be comfortable.

Convenience to attractions Space Fire pit Water much improved from last year! Wifi and streaming much better than last year!!!!

Some areas were not cleaned - tvs had little peoples hand marks, dead bugs on walls and window seals, master sheets don't fit the bed -- need deep pocket sheets

Spacious, location was near attractions. Bedding was good.

No ice from the refrigerator. Limited soap throughout the cabin. Kitchen sink had none provided. Not enough TV remotes. Water smell in the shower is awful; some form of treatment is needed. One shower was marked out of service.

"DARZANO FAMILY AND THE BEAR"

Large rooms, lots of baths and large dining table. Theater room and jacuzzi were a big hit for evenings. Great location. Just close enough to pidgeon forge and other cabins

Ice maker not functional. No glasses. They were listed as provided. 2 bathrooms not usable. Second lower level bedroom box spring broken Handyman added aboard only a temporary fix. We question the water it had a heavy odder of hydrogen sulfide (rotten eggs). We purchased lots of bottled water for drinking and cooking
