This property is absolutely terrible and the host is even worse! We arrived on Friday and it was 79 degrees in the house i figured the cleaners turned on the ac and it hadn’t cooled yet. 3 hours later it was 81. I heard water in the furnace area so i opened it up and a huge block of ice fell, the bottom was full of water and bugs. I immediately reached out to the host and told her what was going on. She responded stating she contacted a technician and was waiting for their schedule. Never heard anything back so the next day i messaged her and she stated the hvac company was trying to fit her in. I then asked for fans because we needed some kind of relief. Hours later a lady brings a shop fan and states she use to work for the owner. Later in the day i texted the owner again asking for an update and let her know i purchased 2 fans because only one fan was delivered and not nearly enough for a 4 bedroom. I sent her 3 messages before receiving any response. We had children with us who could not sleep due to the heat, we had to sleep with the windows open but there were no blinds. Everyone started to feel sick and noticed a mold smell in the home. This host is only in it for the money, the home needs major renovations and cleaning. The floors turned our feet black, the couch had dirt and crumbs from past guest and smelled like pee, the towels are stained, the beds had dirt in them, and the walls and cabinets were disgusting. For a $300 cleaning fee i feel the home should be pristine. There is water damage in one of the bedroom walls and ceiling. Stay away, while the home is close to the beach it will ruin your vacation. To the host thank you for ruining my daughter’s 15th birthday!

LOVED EVERYTHING BUT NOT GETTING MY DEPOSIT BACK

SOMEONE TEXTED ME STATING WE HAD TO PAY A DEPOSIT TO SECURE THE HOUSE, IVE YET TO RECEIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK AND THE NUMBER IS WHOM GAVE ADDRESS AND KEYLESS ENTRY PASSSWORD PLUS ALL OTHER INFORMATION BEFORE AND DURING OUR STAY

Great location!! Will definitely be coming back. The room and living room area is spacious. The shower is a bit small but manageable. The property is literally 60 steps to the sand. I enjoyed our time here

Parking is a little scarce, so be sure you carpool. You may have to move your car a few times for other guests which I didnt mind.

It was a cute apartment and very convenient to the beach...

The mattress was horrible! The sheets for the bed were old and kept popping off of the bed. There was two pillows on a king sized bed and they were old and lumpy.
