Casa dos Caseiros

La casa estaba impecable, muy limpia. La ubicación es estupenda, al lado de todo lo necesario y a 2 pasos de la playa. Ideal para conocer la Isla. El personal amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. La casa bien equipada. Se puede aparcar en la puerta sin problemas.

Por proponer alguna vía de mejora, la ducha tenía poca presión.

Great view and amazing nature sounds at night. Cozy atmosphere. Staff is so nice, friendly and helpful. They even have detergant pods, salt, sugar so we didnt have to buy big packs that we cant use all. That was thoughtful.

Only when planes passes by it is loud.

Location is fantastic, a short walk to the beaches and promenade. Close to cafes and food shops. Highly recommend Pimpinelas for healthy food and fresh juices. Well supplied linens, kitchen towels, bedding. Lots of shelves, a closet with hangers. Double paned windows keep the airplane noise to a minimum. Very comfortable space with fresh air and sea views.

It would be lovely to have a bigger hot water tank for a decent shower, but it's a small space so I understand the difficulty.

The location was excellent, I did not feel there were any issues with noise. It was just minutes to the centre, to bus stop snd to the seafront and had great views to the sea

The equipment in the kitchen was minimal. A pair of scissors, a small pan and a toaster would be really useful. I was not a fan of the induction hob. There were no side tables in the lounge area to put drinks etc on

Great location, very nice and clean house. After our arrival we were welcomed by Madeira wine and pie. It was really a pleasure to stay there.

Parking in front of the house is not reserved, but we were able to park there in 90%.

Beautiful location, Santa Cruz is a great place to stay. The house was very clean, the lady was very welcoming and nice, and the view is excellent. The balcony is very narrow, but we managed to sit outside. Wifi works fine

some things need updating, there are no wineglasses, scissors, no normal coffee cups, just big mugs.
