Dolphin Cove - Whole WATERFRONT House with Dock

I loved the location and the views!

Dirty rag left in shower during check in, no big deal. It was on a high hook. It was just overlooked. Dishes were also dirty. Had to wash everything before use. Was told my service dog (emotional support animal) would have a few, was not told amount. Ended up being 80$ for two nights. That’s kind of crazy.

This place is so beautiful located and the peer / dock.That's attached to.It was amazing for my family to go fishing first thing in the morning, they absolutely loved that.. It's quiet and peaceful. I really love the location and the place.

I didn't like the way the people talked to me and communicated with me because I asked a couple times what time checking was because I have lost an email on my phone. I am almost 60 years old and I forgot and they got mad at me and kept telling me to re-read that rules which I did several times They waited to 301 to send me a code to get in, not 3 o'clock. 3 0 1 I've never had to wait that long. Usually I know a code or instructions. A 1/2 an hour before an hour before it left my family feeling a little bit uneasy. When we were there about 2 hours into our stay, we realized we had a toilet paper, I emailed them, they asked me to go check the cabinet. When I told them no, there wasn't any, I never heard from them again. They completely stopped communicating with me. I had to get batteries for the remote. As well, the dishes under the sink. We're kinda dirty. I would not cook there. I would stay there again, but I would not cook there and the Sleeping arrangements, the only blankets they had. We're bed spreads on each bed no sheets, no blankets. And there was a high smell of dog, so if you have dogs or used to that, that's great, but if you don't, it was pretty intense, we had to use smell goods throughout the house.

Great location, there was a lot to do at the house and it was clean.

Not major, but the process of putting a code in for access to a key box outside of front door entrance; Three attempts and not able to access or open the key box to actually get a set of house keys to use during our stay. We just made sure all four doors were manually locked when leaving in/out during our stay.

I enjoyed that it was nice and somewhat private from the main part of Ocean Isle

The air conditioning kept turning itself up to 76 every few hours. That is annoying

Loved the pier and the house was. Cozy and cute
