Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID and pay the nonrefundable USD 38 through Truvi. Also, send the refundable damage deposit via Cash App or Zelle. Guests checking out after 10:00 are advised to contact the property before their stay. Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring a pet. Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of USD 100. If you do not inform us about bringing a pet before your reservation or bringing pets other than dogs, and evidence of a pet is found, you will be charged USD 175 instead of USD 100. Please note that this property can accommodate dogs but will not accommodate other types of pets. Please note that all guests must vacate the property by 10:00 unless a late check-out has been verified and agreed upon with the host. Please note that an additional charge of USD 40 will apply for late check-out. If a guest or any member of their party remains at the property after 10:00 without prior arrangement, the following fees will apply: USD 200 from 10:00 to 11:00. An additional USD 100 for each hour after 11:00. If a late check-out is requested and paid 24 hours in advance, the new check-out time will be 12:30. If guests remain after 12:30, an additional fee of USD 200 will apply for the first hour, and USD 100 for each additional hour, starting at 13:30.
