4 - Bed home, w/ Cali King Bed - 12 mins. to DTWN

The interior design really made me feel at home. Even though it was a booking, it felt as though that place was my own which made comfort go through the roof.

There was absolutely nothing we could complain about.

Me and my family enjoyed the place...only a few cons, but overall it was nice. I would definitely stay again

I felt that the owner could open up the backyard a bit, its small, but cute..

The photos didn't capture the full beauty of this place. It was incredibly nice and spotless. The host's communication was outstanding and prompt. Whatever we needed, the host made it happen. My family and I will definitely book with them again. Thank you!

The location and the amount of space within the home. Customer support was helpful upon me arriving at the home as I had not yet received information on obtaining access into the home.

There was not a California king bed, just standard king. However, that was not a big issue. It did slightly conflict with sleeping arrangements. For me, the cleanliness was unacceptable considering there’s a cleaning fee included with each booking. There were empty chip bags under the tv stand in the living room that hold the books and games that the property offers. The sponge in the kitchen needs to be discarded and replaced. The microwave has a cracked door. However, It functioned properly and did not interfere with my stay. The standalone bathroom upstairs toilet seat had blood on the seat, so you can tell it had not been properly cleaned. The tub in the master bedroom was visibly dirty and had dirty rags hanging up on the shower rod. There was hair and soap residue in the sink as well. The mattress to the king bed could use being replaced. It was not comfortable at all. The windows in the double bed room were both unlocked and the one on the right without a screen was actually slightly open. There was shoe paper from a previous stay behind the chest that’s near the closet. There were dominos on the floor behind the bed near the windows. You can tell that whoever is cleaning the place is not doing a good job at it. My family and I purchased bleach and comet and cleaned the bathrooms ourselves. I did let customer service know which they asked if I wanted someone to be sent out to clean again. I did decline the offer as that should have been thoroughly done prior to my arrival and by then my family and I had taken care of things. It would be nice to have some plug-ins or air fresheners around the home. Something to make it feel more home like and something to make the linen actually look fresh that’s on the beds. I wasn’t convinced that it was fresh based on appearance. Lastly I was informed that there was damage to the kitchen sink from the previous guest and that someone would be attempting to repair the damage prior to my arrival.
