"A great place to stay in Monsaraz."

We loved the patio and the view. It's such a beautiful, quiet little village and this was a great spot to enjoy it. The place is incredibly spacious with easy parking right in front. A full kitchen. All the conveniences. The owner responded to our questions promptly even though he was not on the premises.

Everything was fine.

Great location and its a good sized 2 bed, 2 bath house with kitchen and living room - with fire! Very nice. Great terrace. The views are spectacular. And it's just across the road from Sahida Restaurant which is fabulous!!!!!

"Amazing, almost surreal experience of staying in a charming castle. It can't be beat!"

Check-in was a breeze. The owners were very responsive. I loved that there were toys for kids. It was such a charming apartment in such a great location. It was a highlight for everyone staying. Oh, and the hot tub was the cherry on top!

No negatives, but pro tip: There aren't any grocery stores in the town, so stock up on food before you arrive!

"Cute place in a special town!"

Well located in the village - easy to walk around and see everything Monsaraz has to offer! What a little gem of a town and this home makes it that much better! The host was wonderful, helpful and easy to communicate with!

Beds could be a bit more comfortable but seem to uphold the usual standard in Portugal from our experience.
