很有品位的老宅，建于1878年，保护得很好，主人老太太热情，早餐丰富。

Filomene est une hôtesse exceptionnelle.... l'histoire de sa maison est touchante, et son mari et elle nous ont très bien accueillis...nous les remercions chaleureusement.

Immaculately presented unusual historic house. Almost like staying in a museum with every room filled with old furniture and antiques. Old shop and tavern downstairs are literally maintained as a museum. Lovely small garden area and terrace. Outstanding breakfast with great array of fresh fruits, breads and cakes, served in a lovely large dining room with interesting memorabilia and which is sometimes used for Fado performances and other gatherings. Filomena is a wonderful and kind host who made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and both used her limited English and a translator app to provide information and tell us about the family history of her house. The location was for us primarily convenient for visiting both the stone villages of the Serra da Lousã and the interesting University city of Coimbra on the same day.

Walk down two steps and through two rooms to bathroom at night a very minor inconvenience. Sensor lights make this easier. Sadly the surrounding streets have quite a number of dilapidated buildings and an industrial area beyond that. Nothing much in walking distance and we found Miranda do Corvo offered very little of interest or good places to eat.

Estadia excepcional. Fomos muito bem acolhidos e estava tudo 5 estrelas. A forma como fomos recebidos e tratados, a simpatia da anfitriã e a forma carinhosa e preocupada com que lidava com o nosso filho, não tem preço. Recomendo. Um lugar a voltar com toda a certeza.

L'accueil de Filomena a été exceptionnel ! Nous avons passé de longs moments à discuter avec elle de son incroyable maison familiale, dans laquelle nous avons passé un excellent séjour. C'est un lieu plongé dans l'histoire, avec un jardin très agréable et un petit-déjeuner très copieux. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce logement à tous ceux qui aiment les rencontres humaines et qui ont besoin de déconnecter.

De ontvangst door de gastvrouw was buitengewoon: lief, vriendelijk, fier op het verleden van haar familie...Alles kon je haar vragen. Ze sprak enkel Portugees, maar zo duidelijk, traag een geduldig dat je toch alles verstond. Het huis zelf was uit de geschiedenis gegrepen, alles wat er stond was antiek, maar in zo'n mooie staat...het was alsof je 100 jaar terug werd gekatapulteerd. Prachtig. En het ontbijt, voor ons twee, was zo rijkelijk.

Er was slechts 1 badkamer voor 4 slaapkamers en je moest van de slaapkamers door de living om ze te bereiken, en er wwas ook geen keukentje, wel een ijskast, koffiezet, waterkoker en microgolf oven, maar door gebrek aan water op die plaats kan je niet echt iets koken.
