Existiam obras na casa colada á nossa, mas não incomodou muito pois aproveitamos para passear.

The accommodation is located in an idyllic mountain village surrounded by pristine nature, perfect for a variety of hikes. A real highlight of the place is the breathtaking view of the valley, which captivates you at any time of day. Our host, Donna Rosa, was always kind, approachable and helpful. The same goes for the village community as a whole, by the way. As the only tourists in the village, we felt quite at home. It’s definitely worth getting to know the people there. The old house has two floors. The living room and kitchen are upstairs, and the bedroom is downstairs. The kitchen was equipped with all the essential cooking and kitchen utensils. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and returned feeling very refreshed. We definitely recommend this place and hope to come back another time.

Some kitchen items (e.g., dish sponge) and cooking utensils (e.g., frying pan) were, in our opinion, a little old and a bit worn out. In addition, there was a slightly musty smell in the bedroom, though this is likely due to the fact that the house is quite old. It didn’t bother us much, but we thought it was worth mentioning.

Petite maison dans un village typique très tranquille. Confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de s’asseoir à l’extérieur pour profiter de la superbe vue sur les montagnes. La dame qui nous accueille est très gentille. Merci!

A disponibilidade da Dona Rosa

A manutenção e conforto térmico da casa.

Da simpatia e acolhimento por parte da DN Alice e a DN Rosa, fomos muito bem recebidos.Sempre disponíveis e preocupadas com o nosso conforto. Na receção deixaram umas compotas caseiras deliciosas e pão. Um pormenor muito bom e simpático.

Lovely location with a charming little house that has everything you need, and the bed was very comfortable. The sunset is truly something special. Check-in was straightforward and the owner was wonderfully kind, even though she did not speak any English. There is a small car park next to the church about five minutes’ walk from the house, though I would recommend arriving in a small car as the space is rather tight. The owner’s cousin runs a fantastic restaurant called Guarda-Rios, definitely worth a visit!

The bathroom is a little small. It wasn’t a problem for us, but worth pointing out.
