Lovely Ranch House in Windsor, 10 mins to Hartford Connecticut

There was no extra bedding at all.

Our stay at the "Ranch House in Windsor" from June 30th to July 3rd was a truly awful experience that cut our trip short and left us feeling unsafe. The main issue was being locked out for four hours in the evening with my 13-year-old because the door lock battery died. What's worse, the management's solution was to suggest we try getting in through a window—a huge red flag for security! Their "customer service" was impossible; they only texted, refused to get on the phone, and were often unresponsive. We felt completely abandoned. Because of this, we had no choice but to book another, more expensive place for the night. Beyond the lockout nightmare, the house itself was a letdown. The bed was uncomfortable, there was a ground-floor window with no covering (a big privacy concern), and frankly, the place just wasn't very clean if you looked closely. Even Booking.com couldn't get hold of the host to sort things out, which shows how unresponsive they were. This was a hugely stressful and disappointing experience that completely messed up our plans. I wouldn't recommend this property. Booking canceled our stay due to a lack of response, and I rebooked at the Hyatt House.

This place has dirty bedding and when asked for new bedding, I was completely ignored and not helped. The bed sheets was full of cat hair and i sent photo/video proof and nothing was done. My sister is allergic to cats and they did not care. No accommodations was given. The toilet seat is also broken.

Just couple of thing that need it to be fix but overall everything great like before

We arrived checking in yesterday. We had bad with our experience at Lovely Ranch House. The smell of smoking weeds is terrible and spreads to all rooms, the sink is filled with water and soak, and it smells terrible, Additionally Why was there a delay in fixing the bathroom and clearing snow from the parking hallway drive and sidewalk? You didn't apply de-icing salt or chemicals to melt the snow on sidewalk and parking hallway drive. I reported these issues to you on the same day we checked in yesterday, Sidewalk and parking hallway drive are unsafe I emailed the property manager about the issue, and they replied that they would send a team to fix the bathroom and Snow needs to be removed from the sidewalk and parking hallway yesterday. They didn't send a team to fix the bathroom and Sidewalk and parking hallway drive snow removal. parking hallway drive and sidewalk are unsafe. We consider this a serious issue and requesting a refund due to the terrible and horrible experience. We find it unacceptable to stay here or you will look for us alternative accommodations.

The property is very dishonest. The property failed to send a team to fix the bathroom and remove snow from the sidewalk and parking hallway yesterday and today. They neglected to send a team for these tasks. I'm requesting a refund due to the disgusting conditions and lies. Please return my money. I'll never make a reservation here again and will leave a low-star review. If we don't receive a refund, we'll file a report

Cute cottage type home, updates have been made, nice back yard for our service dog to run around, first time playing with leaves.

I can not say I didn't like anything, maybe the futon, but overall we were happy.

The location was nice and quiet

Unfortunately, during my stay there was no heat or hot water which was a huge issue being that it's winter time. This caused a very unpleasant stay as well as the people who rented prior must have had a dog or cat because there was pet hair all over the sofa, living room and fur ball throw up by the window.
