"Roomy, convenient, good location, but could use some upgrades"

The host was very friendly and always responded quickly. The unit provided lots of extras including beach necessities such as chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, a wagon, boogie boards, canopy, and ect. They also had things like laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish washer pods, dish soap, trash bags, and shower dispenser with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also thought the baby gate was a bonus and a great idea since the unit has a staircase. Overall the unit was roomy, convenient and in a good location.

The unit could use some upgrades. Such as the king bed was broke down on the side with a big hump in the middle. Also the water didn't get very warm in the bathroom and the tub stopper wouldn't work making it hard to bathe children. The couches could also use a upgrade.

Such a cute townhouse n plenty of room! Easy access to the beach. Owner was very friendly and let us check out later. Another bonus was free parking!

"Randon, short trip"

The place looked exactly like the pictures online. Really clean. Plenty of space. We were able to rent a Golf Cart on site. The easy communication with the owner was an overall plus for me.

Nothing stood out.

"Great place, great location, and we were blessed with wonderful weather!"

Shae sent us the gate code and door code the day before we left, so we were all set. The man who was usually at the front gate was always pleasant and helpful. The location was wonderful for where we wanted to go, which was St. Andrews State Park, just 5 miles away. There's beach access just a few minutes' walk from the condo, but we found St. Andrew's to be more to our liking. And we were only 5 miles in the other direction from Pier Park, which we visited for the movies on the one rainy day. Publix, WalMart and a great variety of restaurants were only minutes away. The bed was extremely comfortable, which was a blessing!

We didn't realize that there would be 16 stairs to climb to get to the bedroom! We were able to handle them, but as "senior Seniors", we might not come back for that reason. We weren't able to watch TV at first, but the host offered to help us load their TV info so we could watch more channels. Our host was always just a text away if we needed her.
