"Great place and an over the top property owner!"

Shae was the most accommodating and tentative owner I have ever rented from. Shae was very responsive to any questions I had and made sure I was happy with my stay. The condo was nice and very affordable. Don’t bother wasting space with chairs and pool/beach supplies as there are more than enough available. I would rate her property 10/10 and would stay here again and refer this property to any friends visiting Panama City Beach.

Very good location, near the beach and with several pools available. The house was well equipped. The area was very quiet in late August.

The master bedroom mattress is broken, uneven and needs replacing. It was not comfortable. The a/c unit in the master bedroom cannot be used while sleeping or watching tv, far too noisy. I would have added a clothes rank or a wire to hang wet swim suits

"It was wonderful and relaxing."

Easy walk to the beach, enjoyed the resort restaurant and pool. Everyone was friendly. The owner of the Condo was very nice and easy to communicate with. The Condo was just the right size for 3 adults and close to restaurants. Will definitely have to go back.

Maybe rent the golf cart next time when going to the beach.

"2Bed/ 1-1/2 Bath mixup"

Townhome is in a great location with lots of amnenities and 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Has a private beach access and restaurant nearby. The home is fully loaded with everything that you would need to enjoy as your home away from home. Restuarants, shops and the beach are close.

Was advertised as having three baths with tub and shower. It has 1 full bath upstairs and a 1/2 bath downstairs. Does not have two full baths. There is no bath in the Master Bedroom. Would be fine for a family with small children, but we were traveling with another couple so private baths were preferred. Owner was very responsive and updated the details with Booking but it was too late to change locations.
