Bed, fell through the first night
USRenters were awful to deal with not clear on anything you asked. House needed a lot of upgrade for the price. And after paying a cleaning fee for the rental, we were still asked to take out trash and other things that should be included in for the cleaning fee.
USThe neighborhood was very quiet and clean. The property was located in a great location close to every attraction. The property itself was beautiful very spacious. Plenty of clean linen throughout the property. The hot tub was clean and all the jets worked. The hot showers were very spacious and to die for. I didn’t want to get out of those comfortable beds.. I literally could have slept the whole weekend. There were welcome snacks and bottled water waiting for us upon arrival. I think that was amazing. Plenty of coffee pod for the coffee Keurig machine. Even the patio furniture was comfortable. The deck was huge. We didn’t use the grill, but there were two grills available on the back deck. There were even video games downstairs for entertainment. This property owner literally thought of everything to make this space your home away from home.
There was nothing I didn’t like about this property. If I had anything to suggest anything it would just be to add more lighting around the Jacuzzi because at night it does get dark where the actual Jacuzzi is. There is light there but not over the actual Jacuzzi so we couldn’t see in the bushes behind the Jacuzzi.
USDue to the disgusting smell and conditions of the facility, we didn’t even have a chance to try and enjoy the property, we had to immediately leave and find a different place to stay.
It was disgusting. Unclean, dog/animal hair everywhere, dog pee and poop or puke all over the stair carpet. The smell was overwhelming and impossible to tolerate. The couches also smelled highly of a wet animal and were disgusting with dog/animal hair all over them as well. We had to leave the property immediately after arriving due to several allergic reactions from our party having animal allergies and the terrible, unclean conditions of the place. The customer service handling the issues were also very unprofessional and barely willing to resolve anything, nearly blaming us instead of their own cleaning crews when none of us even had an animal with us. It was over all handled very poorly.

The property needs some major upgrades. The beds were not comfortable and the rooms need side tables by the beds. The towels are very small and some still looked dirty.

It was dirty could not use the hot tub was dirty no chemicals ants everywhere bathrooms dirty tvs didn’t work no one would answer asks same question over and over no answers
