Fabulous location, tastefully decorated, spacious house and really helpful communication with the owner.

The bathroom was a little dated.

Good size house for 4 people. Comfortable beds, good location. The young lady who met us at the property was very nice and helpful. Only one bathroom so unsuitable for 6 persons.

It would not be suitable for 6 people during the summer months as there is no A/C on the top floor, therefore unbearable in the hotter months. The outside areas were disappointing, no view from the small terrace of the kitchen and the top floor terrace was only suitable for 2 people. No where to leave luggage on the day of departure and we had a late flight.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, spacious, perfectly located, outside shower. Had everything we needed. We were a family of 6.

Only complaint was the upstairs bedroom had no A/C, it was really hot up there. There was a portable unit we could hook up but had to feed the tube out the door so the outside heat still came thru. The temperature the week we were there was almost 40 everyday.

It is advertised as having two bathrooms, but it only has one! There is a shower outside and a second toilet outside, but the shower can be overlooked and is freezing cold. The room at the top does not have property aircon, only a stand alone unit that you have to leave the windows open to poke the hose out.

Perfect location for Tavira centre, 5 minutes walk and you are there.

Nice living space with eat in kitchen, outdoor spaces to enjoy, comfortable and great location. Antonio was very good with communication and help when needed. I would stay here again.

Construction right in front the entire stay! Not Antonios fault, obviously, but it made us have no place during the day to relax due to the very loud noise...nonstop.

Although it was a lovely old style of house, this meant that there was no sound proofing - I would think this is much the same for all the properties in/around Tavira! A larger sofa would have been nice, though fine for a couple! Some mugs with handles would have been appreciated, this being said, overall we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable, many thanks 🤩

The location was excellent, 5 mins walk to river, restaurants and bars. Great communication with host, comfy beds, great shower pressure. Well equipped kitchen.

Roof terrace space although lovely with views over tavira is only really suitable for 2 people, as there was 4 of us we couldn't all sit out together.
