Location was excellent.

Air conditioning wasn’t in the top room. Tiny outside areas - downstairs courtyard small and nothing to view. Upstairs terrace very small too. Not enough seats in the lounge if 6 people are there. Not enough kitchen items for 6. Outdoor shower never used.

Very comfortable and very well decorated. everything you need in the kitchen including washing liquids, tea towels etc small outside spaces but very pleasant for 2 people particularly in the evening. Be aware that there are 3 floors in the house and steps are steeper than home - take care if any mobility issues or small children. Very close to the old town square, easy 5 minute walk down, bit longer coming back up the hill!

We spent 3 days at the 3bdr house in Tavira. It was very comfortable, clean with a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking Tavira. The bedrooms were good size. We knew breakfast was not provided and purchased breakfast. Kitchen was a great size with all the amenities.

We found the bathroom a bit on the cool side given we were visiting in February. We did move a portable heater from one of the spare bedrooms into the bathroom during our stay. Maybe a dedicated heater for this space would help. However, given a portable heater was located, it suited our needs.

Great location with few minutes walk into the beautiful town of Tavira. The house was a gem with great facilities and very comfortable. View from the roof top terrace was fantastic.
