Convenience to everything. Very comfortable beds.

It could use a good deep cleaning. One of the twin rooms did not have a TV. There was no can opener but we did buy one and leave it for the next guest.

I hated my stay I traveled all the way from Miami to Davenport only to be uncomfortable the property manager is very rude and disrespectful the host isn’t any better the house smelled like old clothes ,the master bedroom carpet was soak and wet the master bathroom didn’t flush,the house was hot ,the sheets was dirty I slept on the sofa ,no WiFi in the house my phone barely worked they promised someone was going to come fix it and that never happened they are a bunch of frauds please do not book with these people I go through booking.com for all my staycations and this was the worse I don’t blame booking I blame that cheap landlord who’s taking all our money and her place is falling apart I couldn’t wait til my vacation came to an end it was nothing good about that place but the neighborhood

Nasty,ants,dirty lining on beds,broken kitchen drawer, bathroom sink in bathroom leaking water then owner maintenance came and shut it off! I had go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean up and wash beeding

Clean and easy to get into the house.

I wish the pool was warm

It was spacious and rooms were good

At first wifi wasn’t working and we had to call and the Pool was way to cold

Que solo tenían un rollo de papel sanitario por habitación y las bolsas para basura son de muy baja calidad, en la pregunta pasada de cómo son los empleados, no conocimos a nadie.

The floor plan was nice size to accommodate our family and the location wasn't bad.

The ad was deceptive. The contract said if you wanted the pool heated you had to pay extra in advance, it didn't say you had to pay extra for the hot tub to be heated so we were unable to use it which was one of the reasons we booked that home. The patio furniture was old and sun rotted. the toilet handle in the master bathroom did not work.the wood trim at front door was rotted and had mold, the carpets were dirty and worn thin with holes in patches. One of the mattress box springs had blood on it as did the pillow cases. Only 1/2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, no trash can liners, and no laundry soap (which we need so once it was required to wash all linens when we left),so we had to go purchase all these items We took photos of all these issues! Also, very poor communication from rental management. When we reached out to address the issues, they never returned our texts or phone calls. Would NEVER book with Orlando Rentals again!!

It was nice, clean, and quiet

Took a while to get the door open to the pool, and after thought it was a jacuzzi but there was no power to turn it on like a Jacuzzi
