The property rep was rude. My mother lungs collapsed a week before arrival which was very unexpected the doctors don’t understand how. Spoke with rep about changing dates or refund and I could provide any paperwork. She told me that was traveling insurance for which we was not offered when booking.

we liked the number of bedrooms and the number of bathrooms. It was nice to be able to prepare own food. The pool was OK.

There was no supplies in the house. We had to purchase toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap. Simple things like scissors were not available while having five ladles. The property was surface level clean, but overall quite dirty and well used. The pool was dirty and we found several cockroaches inside. The pool enclosure was full of algae/ Groth and hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The neighbour across the road partied almost every night, leaving his vehicle running and the music playing loud. I’m saying this for awareness as it was quite disturbing and loud, some night’s going to 2 AM. I also didn’t like the fact that we didn’t find out the actual address until the day before, while I understand this was for privacy for the previous renter, it oroved difficult in planning some of our trips and I would’ve loved to be closer to Disney. This will influence our next rental consideration and recommendation to others for this rental company

I absolutely loved the property. Very spacious for my stay.

The location and space

The pool was green, none of the tv’s had cable or they wasn’t smart tv’s, very very limited cookware, power was cut off 2nd day there, host had terrible communication

The size was nice and the 3 bathroom

It was not close at all from walt disney. They house was really old. Not really clean, 1 paper roll for the full house. The kitchen dishes where dirty. The AC was set at 75. We were so hot at night.

I love the fact that it was convenient close to the parks and shopping center.

The rug are extremely dirty. The mattress where stain. The pool chairs were dirty. The garbage can was full of garbage. The tub next to the pool had hair clogging it. The pool furniture had a broken chair. Sign in the garage is full of dead bugs.
