We really enjoyed it it meat all of our needs

The beds were not to comfortable and there was not much cooking stuff the pans were to little for the amount of people for the stay in the home and needs a grill

The pool was a great addition. The house was comfortable.

There was hair in the master bathroom upon arrival. Trash was expected to be kept in garage until trash day, we ate seafood on day one. So, you can imagine the smell by day 6. The garage happens the be where the game room is, with no air flow. No air conditioning. Making the game room virtually useless.

Very nice home love the lay out very nice. Parking and location was excellent.

The home is out dated, the showers were disgusting old shower heads and molded. We had to buy cleaning supplies to feel ok to shower. Ants everywhere in the home. And the beds were so hard I didn't sleep well at all all the beds were boards. We tried sleeping on the couch which was uncomfortable as well. The pool had a snake in it and the hot tub didn't get warm which is one of the reasons I booked the home. We couldn't get in touch with anyone for any problems that we had called every phone no one answered or called back. It was not a good experience.

Toilet was leaking in the master bathroom every time it filled back up the entire time we were here, one of the bathroom doors wouldn’t shut, couldn’t use the hot tub, pool was dirty, refrigerator was working but old and door was hard to open, living room TV was unable to be used and no instructions left for how to do anything inside the house regarding trash, WiFi, tv, etc.

Absolutely NOTHING!

Well to start off, they have HIDDEN FEES they don't mention until AFTER you book. They charged my card TWICE for this "property protection fee" I accidentally put it in my name instead of my mom's, And they charged the card TWICE because everything had to be under one person's name. Communication with the company who rents these airb&b's. Ran into a few problems so we called and NOTHING GOT RESOLVED! The lady rushed me off the phone and kept saying "good bye good bye good bye". They gave me the wrong rental, the photos are misleading. I ordered the three bedroom (in the photos, they have a hot tub either inside the house or in the pool area) I check in at 4P and it's a 4 bedroom house with a very tiny pool. There's a guidebook that's in the living room that gives you all the do's and don'ts ins and outs, It mentions "barbecue grills" if the tank is empty to call the manager and they'll come out and replace it, We called and they said "there's no grill with this home, a previous renter must have left it" and continued to say "We aren't responsible" so pretty much she contradicted herself. It gets better, they mentioned we can't have the AC below 72° or it will freeze, they have a lock box over the air so you cannot mess with it at all and it's set at 74° When you book, they charge a CLEANING FEE, yet they give a list of everything you have to do prior to check out. Smh. I come on VACATION and paid someone else to do so! These people are nothing but money hungry POS's. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEM! I DON'T RECOMMEND.

It was really nice quiet and peaceful!

Everything was old from the dining room table to the pool sign hanging it had a DVD and a VCR player no Wi-Fi smell old inside like still not fresh

I like that the property was spacious. Had many rooms enough space for us and guess. I love the pool with the pool should’ve already been warmed.

I did not like that. The master bedroom did not have a real master bed and the two side bathrooms needed new toilet updated.
