Coronado, Cabin at Ruidoso, with Forest View

The view and location were amazing and quiet.

One of the bathrooms did not give hot water, and several family members had to wait until the water heater heated up hot water. I'm not sure if the water heater is not big enough to hold for 3 bathrooms. Overall, it's still great. We will rent it out again.

There was plenty of room for my 5 kids my husband and myself

It wasn’t cleaned the way it should have been

Location

Old cabin needs a lot of upgrades, old boards on the deck back patio, had to watch or footing board broke under outside table, restroom on master bedroom don't flush right, guess room queen bed is to hard to sleep on.

The rooms and layout was perfect for 6 ,we could cook and had enough space for everyone no issues with staff or location of cabin . Hot water, it felt like a home away from home .

Only issues we came across was the fire places are gas operated and did not start . Fire places seemed not to have gas also no instructions. Also doors to cabin especially sliding glass doors look like someone vandalized or broke the locking mechanism to close the door .also the porch where cars park in driveway have no light ,could be a falling hazard . Other than the minor issues cabin was perfect

they charge you for a cleaning fee! but they still want you leave the kitchen very clean and all the dishes wash and put away
