Nature's Valley Health Retreat A Hide away in the Forest

Exactly what we hoped to get from our Nature's Valley stay. Beautiful old log cabin, full of character, with all the amenities and space needed. Lovely outside deck to relax and braai. Will definitely book again when in the area and it is available.

Nothing springs to mind.

Erna is a warm and welcoming host who made us feel at home. The flowers were a lovely touch, thank you ;) The house is full of history, with antique furniture and portraits that give it a unique character — staying here feels like stepping back in time. The large veranda overlooking the trees is a highlight. The shower has good water pressure, and the WiFi worked well. Some linen & furnishings are beautiful antiques, which add to the charm but may not suit everyone’s preferences. Overall, it is a comfortable and memorable stay if you enjoy history and character over modern finishes.

La casa está ubicada en muy buen sitio, con todo árboles al rededor. La casa tiene de todo y tiene calefacción, que en el resto que hemos estado no tenían. La dueño es muy amable y muy atenta. La casa es como se ve en las fotos, con muchos muebles antiguos.

Yo quitaría algunos muebles para que hubiera algo más de espacio.

Wonderful location and very helpful and friendly host.

We had the entire house to ourselves. It was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, and DSTV as well as Netflix were available on the TV

Vehicle access was a bit difficult.

Beautiful location. Tranquil and relaxing, a great breakaway from the city. Close to the beach as well.

Comfortable. Lovely location. The large deck to watch the Knysna loeries. The host’s friendliness. Well equipped. Walking distance to the beach. Restive and a place were can be still, listen and hear.
