Cleanliness could be improved. Needs maintenance.

Inside shower floor needs some work. Basin plumbing on cold water tap side very stiff

All the funky facilities..We love it and the animals visits

Not too clean,dusty...but its not the owners fault,,its the one assign to clean...really its dusty... But the whole place stunning...We would like to come again..Im just annoyed with the dust..

Location, the amount of animals who came to visit

Lack of back up power for the extended amount of time we were without power due to a lightning storm. Obviously power cut not predictable however the information received stated we would have backup power in case of power cut but it wasn’t working so we struggled in 40 degree heat with no fans or air con and subsequently I ended up with heat stroke.

We were thoroughly impressed with our recent trip, which met and surpassed all expectations. The experience was exactly as advertised, and the exceptional wildlife encounters were a major highlight. The opportunity to feed and interact with the animals was truly special, and the grand finale was the thrilling moment when a giraffe confidently approached our vehicle on our last day in Marloth Park – an unforgettable experience that will stay with us forever."

Absolutely nothing

We were pleasantly surprised with the facilities and the location was lovely and private. The house has all that one needs for self-catering and even has an ice-maker which is a bonus in the heat! The animals visiting the house were awesome.

Such a pity that the place was not checked out beforehand.
