The house was really nice. It was all I hoped for and more!

Nothing!

Rooms are spacious,air-conditioned we had a lovey stay.

We stayed from Friday till Sunday..when we checked in we were assisted good ..however when we checked out there was a little misunderstanding that we had ..without me noticing the number of the room got lett in my purse ..I didn't notice that until they called us ..so we made arrangements to return it,so when we packed our stuff out we also noticed that we forgot our items two jackets that we hanged ..I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. After our stay, we were accused of breaking two glasses, which we did not break. As a result, the hotel has refused to return personal items that we accidentally left behind. Instead of working with us to resolve the matter fairly, they have chosen to withhold our belongings based on an accusation that we dispute. We expected honesty, professionalism, and good customer service, but unfortunately our experience was the opposite. I would advise future guests to be cautious and to carefully check all their belongings before leaving. I hope management will reconsider their decision and resolve this matter appropriately to add I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. After our stay, we were accused of breaking two glasses, which we did not break. As a result, the hotel has refused to return personal items that we accidentally left behind. What makes this even more concerning is that when we checked out on Sunday, no one mentioned any broken glasses or raised any issues with our room. It was not until Tuesday that we were apparently informed that the glasses had been noticed. If there had been a genuine concern, it should have been brought to our attention at the time of checkout rather than days later.

Very safe location. Modern style place. Bedrooms with their own bathroom.

Bathrooms don't have doors.
