The courtyard was great, and parking was convenient. We felt very safe. The room was spacious. Our room rate included breakfast, which was a great deal. The front desk staff was very friendly.

The only issue was that the navigation initially somehow led us to a gate in another direction, not far away. Since this gate had access control, hopefully the front desk would inform guests of this before check-in and provide instructions.

Overall, the unit was clean, comfortable, and suitable for an overnight stay. We had no issues with cleanliness or comfort during our visit.

After departure my wife accidentally left her white fur jacket in the cupboard. When we contacted the agents managing the accommodation to enquire about it, they were not very helpful and kept making excuses rather than assisting us in a constructive way. This was disappointing and took away from what was otherwise a pleasant stay. With better customer service after check‑out, this could have been a much better experience.
