"Cottage as expected, close to Edge restaurant and view point."

Good location, easy to go for walks. Cottage was spacious and pet friendly.

Cottages are a bit bare and cold, but not unexpected- it was winter and they don’t get sun under the trees.

"Ideal stop-over in a picturesque part of South Africa."

The location. The meals at the restaurant were good. Our first impression of the Cabin was that it was very small, but it was amazing how well they had equipped the room for self-service guests, and there was plenty of room for us.

The access road was horrific; luckily, I was in a 4x4, but I would hate to visit in a sedan. It was so bad that we did not venture into Hogsback, and we were fortunate to be there only for one night.

The location is beautiful and great for anyone who enjoys hikes and nature.

The only thing was our electric blanket that only worked on one side. Everything else was perfect.
