Beautiful beach house on Prince's Grant Estate

We did not have breakfast

The house was undermaintained compared to the rest of the neighbors. I was not aware that the housekeeper would arrive on Monday. She let herself in to the house, and her presence partly because it was a surprise, made us feel hurried to check out.

TJ is a wonderful host. Quick response to queries: also accommodated us for an earlier check in: by 13:00 instead of 14:00. The house is wonderful, beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and linen. Bath towels were provided. Full air conditioning in all the bedrooms made for a pleasant night's sleep in the summer heat. Kitchen is well equipped with crockery and cooking utensils. We did, however, bring along a large pot for our curry. Gas braai was great and easy to use. Gas stove also made cooking simple during load shedding. WIFi connection was also stable. Loved that we could use the golf cart in the garage to get around the estate. Location of the house is also great, with lovely views and close to the Beach Cafe and beach access. The estate is beautifully maintained, and offers a safe and serene atmosphere to relax and unwind. The swimming pool and kiddies spray park was very much enjoyed by my 3 boys.

A few rechargeable lights would be a nice addition to an amazing property. Candles were available but is worrisome with young children. It was also a bit uncomfortable having the helper pitch at the property at 8:30am on the day of check out: considering check out time is between 10 and 11.

The place was exactly how you see in the pictures. The environment was calming and the beds where the best. Seriously I won't fault anything and I will love to go back.

This is a wonderful place to relax and unwind, the property is situated in quite and calming environment. I liked the sea view, the linen and the beds were so comfortable. I liked the fact that it's next to the beach. TJ the host was very helpful and very professional, he ensured to make our stay a very pleasant one. I really enjoyed my stay.

There was a bit of miscommunication between the host and the property staff which almost made our stay to be not a good one, however TJ handled that matter very professionally and it was ironed out with ease.

The cameras in the bedrooms, our room didn't have a key so we had to sleep with a balcony door unlocked ,we couldn't use the wardrobes because it was untidy, the washing machine had clothes
