Beautiful beach house on Prince's Grant Estate

Fantastic location on a beautiful golf course with incredible views. Perfect for breakfast or evenings on the deck. Rooms are well equipped with premium linen and very comfortable bed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I can’t think of any negatives.

Kitchen cupboards swollen from water damage. Showers where not to standard. No loadshedding precausing in place

The air conditioning in the bedrooms.

The property is old, unkept and grimy. The ceiling in the kitchen had a huge hole in it and it stank of damp. We were only informed about it when we arrived. There is also mold growing on the kitchen ceiling and in many of the cabinets. The kitchen is filthy and there was no coffee machine, and there are old damp food items and spices in the cupboards. One of the toilets was leaking so they didn’t even bother doing up that room, the bed looked as if it had been slept in. The other bedrooms were neat but one toilet seat was broken. Nobody came to clean up, we were there for three nights and the helper only came to clean up on the day we left, and any dirty dishes left in the sink for an hour or two attracted cockroaches,AND repairmen were in and around the place while we were trying to make breakfast and pack up. You also can’t swim in the sea there as it’s dangerous.
