Open space, good view, enough rooms.

The house was dirty, full of dust, and unfresh smell when we entered the house. Window blinds were dirty, roof trusses, lights were very dirty. Limited parking space.

The size is perfect for a large group of people

It was not very clean or maintained, the bottom part had a strong smell of mold. With the doors open it did lighten, however in the evening it become stronger.

View was lovely. The house is fully equipped.

No fans or Aircon in the lounges. It was very hot on check in and very uncomfortable. Lots of insects, lizard in the bedrooms, cockroaches, and spiders as well.

Chose the place based on location and space unfortunately our stay involved business and leisure which the business part couldn't be fulfilled fully due to the no visitor condition, therefore, we had to book at restaurants outside which didn't provide the privacy we intended to get when booking the place. The house is beautiful and conducive for leisure and business but the restrictions on visitors is very unfriendly

The non allowance of day visit or overnight approval. As we paid and own the place for the booked time should be given rights to invite family, friends, business partners to the maximum of what the house can accommodate with clear conditions of just overnight or day visit.
