GBGreat house in a good location, just a short walk into Rye. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having parking for 2 cars was a real bonus.

GBReceived all instructions in good time and easy to follow lovely welcome pack on arrival inc bacon, eggs, coffee and a bottle of wine . Nice location next to the pub + they serve excellent food) and surprisingly really quiet. Comfortable for our stay and parking is a premium in Rye
No shower mat and with an elderly relative who was scared of slipping in bath/shower The coat cupboard had a damp water smell from the mop that was kept there No key to open french doors to garden
GBWe always love coming to Northbank. This is our third time here. The property is clean, well situated and has parking which is a huge bonus for us. The milk, eggs, bacon and other breakfast items were very welcome indeed.
It can feel a little dull but that’s to be expected with a property at the bottom of a hill. Not a huge issue for us as we were usually out and about in Rye
