The roads can be quite noisy but the location is otherwise great. Fun pub next poor and a short walk in to Rye and the riverbank.

Lounge had limited light. Garden was also in shade due to tall trees.
GBThe house has been set up with guests comfort and practicality in mind. The host provided all detail up front. The location is excellent and peaceful. The Globe Inn is amazing and literally next door.
Very minor but personally not a huge fan of glass tables (mainly due to children :)
GBAll the little touches were superb. Everything carefully thought about. Very comfortable and spacious. Fantastic location. Great to have parking too. Really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely stay here if visiting Rye again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I don’t like sleeping on memory foam mattresses - but that’s personal preference.
