The house is beautiful and clean

No aircon , it was extremely cold not enough blankets I booked for 9 people but we only had 5 blankets only. When we arrived in the venue we waited more than 20min waiting for the gates to be opened even though I called the place to inform them that we are on our way. On our arrival I called again that we arrived we had to wait that long

The place has so much potential, to be honest. I feel like they aren't taking care of the bedrooms. They have mold. The place needs proper cleaning. I'm disappointed by the duvet they gave us in one of the rooms.
