firstly the stuff was very friendly and welcoming. the location was just perfect. the house was very clean.

first night was amazing and even decided to invite friends too later this year but the morning before departure was a nightmare, i got up at 05:00am and there was no electricity till 09:15 , we couldn’t even shower because the water was cold and at the time electricity came back then water wasn’t available and the housekeeping lady was so kind enough to even give us an extra hour for checkout but we ended up leaving the property without taking a shower which was bad for some of us who had to drive for the next 4 hours to our next destination under the Mpumalanga weather conditions. please install generator just to over come this load-shading crisis cuz we coming back again soon and I’d high appreciate it if my concern is taken into consideration.

Bedding Showers

The staff were friendly, linen and towels clean and good quality, loved the view, pool, deck, lounge and diningroom furniture and decor

Mold in the bathrooms, hollowed out double mattress and low quality kitchen pots and utensils were unfortunately disappointing

The property is very nice and secure, however was not clean, the lady (care taker) was rude, did not have the facilities cleaned out properly and we did not have enough plates and spoons

Service from the cafe taker

The gate motor was not working, so it was a schlep to operate every time one goes out. Additionally, the place is beautifully done, but some finishes need maintenance like the naked (unplastered) wall corner in the northeast bedroom. Also, the cleaner could do a better job of cleaning the shower wall tiles.

The house was so clean and everything was easily accessible.

We were1 guy and 9 ladies and some fully figured women, wish they can change the chairs from Patio and for the pools, as they not catered for heavyweight people. One set on the chair as we entered the house at somehow the caretaker said it was broken the 1st day it came, what if we didn't notice we would have paid for something we didn't brake. Toilet papers was also a mission please put at least 3 in the toilets, not to bother the caretaker now and then as I mentioned it was ladies we use toilet paper for every visit to the bathroom. And also add stake knives one chef knife is not enough for chopping butter knives are enough.

Bathrooms and kitchen was not cleaned as per standard and fans are not available and though asked to owner still fans was not provided

One light switch needs to be fixed and the main switch drip the other door is noisy when you open
