Service was not good at all,bedding was not good,smell from other room,stove was not working and also tv was not working,we struggled to get tissue and towel.Everything was not good at all.

Thank you so much,We really went out of your way so that we can have that magical stay,we had so much fun,as we were a group of 10 Colleagues friends,we are thinking of going back soon Rooms were spotless clean,the view from the lounge to the sea so beautiful,every morning smelling the ocean breeze was the best thing ever so stunning We really appreciate everything you did for us from the word go, especially checking in and out times you really went our of your way for us,braai area,the pool was so stunning the ladies enjoyed every moment,5 bed rooms had hot water at all times,the kitchen so beautiful big enough for all of us well maintained we cook nice there with priceless wow. Thank you so much we will definitely recommend to others that missed out on a beautiful trip,what an experience of a magical stay Many thanks from Dudu Cherol Ngema and to my Colleagues

"I went to many B&B and Guesthouse, this was the worst"

The place is well located but neglected. Bedding was bad ,towels were worn out, tv not working some doors can't open.

The place needs a total revamp

"The house is not bad but it needs to be cleaned and some compliances needs to be there as well"

There was no breakfast provided

The house was dirty with no wifi , the pool was dirty , We didn't have an iron to iron our clothes, The Beach is a bit far when walking and we had somebody that is sick so he couldn't walk a distance so it was a bit of a problem we had to take the person to CBD Beach

Good day. I need someone to contact me immediately. I am so disappointed in booking.com Our first accommodation that was already confirmed for more than 3 weeks, i received the booking confirmation by email two times. Upon arrival after traveling 1200km they said we didn't book and we had to leave. We were stranded and frantically searching for an alternative accommodation all day, then booked another available property on your site and R8100 was charged on my credit card immediately to confirm booking. I received the booking confirmation on email, but upon arrival at the accommodation it was already occupied and we were sent away again. You left us stranded twice yesterday!! Your customer call doesn't work. I want my money back immediately!
