The location was great. The property is spacious and well equipped.

It would’ve been nice if some basic spices and condiments i.e. salt, pepper, cooking oil, vinegar were provided.

Wunderschönes, großes Haus. Mit vielen Ecken, um sich auch in private Gespräche zurückzuziehen. Viele tolle Gärten und Pflanzen in einer Retreat-ähnlichen Atmosphäre. Top Ausstattung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt :)

This beautifully decorated and well stocked home in Constantia was the perfect place for our large party of 10 guests.

This home has no aircons or fans and ventilation is a major issue when you turn in for the night. We were asked to sleep with the windows open and were met with an army of mosquitoes and other flying critters which reside in their beautiful gardens. This was the first issue with open windows. The second issue was the sprinkler system... for those of us which slept on the ground floor, with the open windows - we had the challenge of waking up to wet blankets and slippery floors in the morning which was unpleasant. When we requested fans and mosquito plugs, we were told that the house is not solar powered and fans draw too much electricity - which is untrue. This was not a cheap rental by any means and it was disappointing to hear that we should have travelled with our own mosquito plugs/sprays etc. Attention to detail is key when renting out homes etc. The stove did not work properly, which was frustrating as cooking took forever - the centre plate did not come on at all and all the other plates had a very low flame. Upon arrival we had noticed that the house was dusty and certain areas of the bathrooms had not been cleaned at all - window sills etc - attention to detail is key. Cleaning services should be included in the price on a 2/3 day rotation, instead of once in five days. It is a large home which collects dust and leaves easily when doors and windows have to be left open continuously for ventilation. The linen and towels are old and need to be replaced. We had to share bathrooms with yhe people that stayed in the room with the tub, as the water pressure from the hand shower was very low which made it impossible to bathe. This was not a business trip it was a holiday and we spent more time cleaning and tidying up each day instead of being able to enjoy just being on holiday. Although the agent did try her best to make our stay more comfortable... it was disappointing that nothing could be done to fix the issues brought to her attention.

Our recent stay at the One Clement Way villa was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had discovered our own private sanctuary in Cape Town. The villa itself is simply beautiful—spacious, immaculately clean, and decorated with such a warm, welcoming style. The villa was spotlessly clean, incredibly cozy, and had the most thoughtful touches. Let me tell you about the VIEW. Waking up to that gorgeous natural light and the mountain view every morning was the perfect start to each day. The location is just wonderful—quiet enough to feel like a peaceful retreat, yet so close to everything we wanted to explore. The location offered the perfect balance: a peaceful, tranquil retreat that was still just a short distance from the vibrant city life and attractions. It was the ideal base for our adventures. We left with our hearts full One Clement Way isn't just a place to stay; it's a delightful experience we will cherish. We cannot recommend this lovely villa highly enough! The perfect choice for a magical and relaxing Cape Town getaway.
