On arrival Cleaning staff was still on the property drinking coffee and smoking on the stoep when we arrived. The day of our departure we had to be out by 10am. Cleaning staff was dropped of before 8am. They just walked into the property and made themselves comfortable on the stoep. Its very uncomfortable for everyone. We where busy making breakfast, packing and getting ready for the day. It felt like we intruded or something alto we only had to be out by 10am. We pay a lot of money for a holiday. The last thing we want is to be rushed by cleaning staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elements unit 149 - Tiffany was super helpful with all the arrangements, and getting the keys and access to the unit was an absolute breeze. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, and the luxury of having of having a dishwasher.

The resort

Being switched to a different unit last minute, the dishwasher was out of order but had dirty dishes in it and smelled bad. There was no heater as it was moved to the other unit so when the caretaker came to deliver gas to us it caused confusion. The cleaners wanted to start cleaning at 9h30 on day of checkout as they don't work after 12 on a Sunday but we were only supposed to book out by 12...they were very rude when we told them to come back later.
