Tilling View with private parking

Clean, tidy, very well located

Lovely cottage in a nice town with a private parking space. Nice fresh flowers, milk and cookies to welcome us. Clean and cosy. Nice place to stay, very well equipped, has really everything you need for a lovely stay. Within few minutes walking from the town, Mermaidstreet and the shops/pubs. Nice and quiet, no noise, highly recommended.

We are a somewhat older couple (60+) and to our personal taste the bed had a rather firm / hard mattress so we woke up a little stiff every morning and the sofa as well as the chair in the livingroom were tot soft for us. Once we sat down it was so soft that we kind of "fell into it" and couldn't get out of it on a normal way :-) So we sat on the dining room chairs most of the time.

The house felt very homely

Location was excellent, 5 minutes walk to town centre, Welcoming pack was very thoughtful.

Nothing

I loved everything about the place. It was bright, clean, spacious, so comfortably furnished and warm. There was a booklet with instructions and information which made the difference. I did not have enough time to enjoy the place and I so wished I could have come for a longer stay.

We struggled a wee bit in identifying the exact door No. 7.

Very cozy and clean, great location

Really good location for visiting Rye, and with the bonus of parking. Property was immaculate and well presented.

Advertised as two bathrooms, but one bathroom and additional toilet.
