GBGBThis is a great place to stay in Rye. Ideally located, 30 seconds' walk from good pubs and restaurants, and 5 mins from the high street and heart of town. Spacious, clean, bright and well-appointed house with all the facilities you might typically want at home. Host Sue was friendly and kind over message communications. I would happily stay here again if I came back to Rye.
The only thing less than perfect is the sofas, which are well-loved and so the cushions / springs are low and not as supportive as one might ideally like. But this is really a minor thing.
