GBThe location is excellent: cross the main road and you are in the town centre. Despite this we were not bothered by noise. The house has been modernised and everything we used worked properly. The shower is outstanding.
The road outside the property is in poor condition but we were clearly warned beforehand. It is only a very short distance to the property and easily negotiated in an ordinary car.
GBIt's a great location with parking to access Rye town centre. It was so clean that we messaged the hosts to thank the cleaners! They have everything for a great stay. It's very well equipped indeed. We also have a holiday rental and this one is the closest to our one for having everything guests could need and being spotlessly clean.
