GBLocation is good as its walking distance to the historic town centre, pubs and restaurants. The house is really nice and cosy and equipped with all the amenities you need from a holiday home.
The drive to the property has pot holes.

GBGreat position , 5 minutes walk from the centre with parking right outside. It’s is a two bedroom house with a really nice family bathroom upstairs and a handy toilet and utility room downstairs. Also has a nice patio garden out the back.
Thought it was excellent, one thing to note is that there are around 3 steps between the kitchen and the dining room as the kitchen is on a slightly Lower level. Did have some problems with the tv as the aerial wasn’t working downstairs but wasn’t an issue as we were out exploring Rye most of the time.

Unreasonable for guests to be asked to strip beds on departure and to separate refuse at the end of the visit.
