Very dirty, terrible , host was exceptionally rude Called booking.com and they promised to call me back and still haveant

Such a poorly built place, doors have huge gaps to the outside, tiles and growing chipped and so poorly laid, cupboard doors were chipped and hit into the bedroom doors, can hardly move in the small bedrooms, linen had stains and was torn, shower doors in both bathrooms didn’t close properly so water went everywhere, rubble in the back garden, beds were worn and sagging, furniture was old and sub standard, awful furnishings and decor, iron was so dirty it couldn’t be used, ironing board was beyond shocking, no towel rails, no counters in the bathrooms, freezing cold, curtains that were so shoddy they didn’t close properly. Just a thoroughly awful stay - for the same price you could stay in Cape Town in great accommodation for the same price.

It’s was the worst place I stayed in, it was cover is dust when I got there. The kitchen was disgusting. Microwave was covered in fat, fridge was dirty, the oven was used and not cleaned , oven trying was full of dryed oil after the last person used it. The Webber and grill was never washed. Bedding hand blood on it. Walls have dirt marks all over :

The space, cleanliness and host were accommodating. Great and secure estate with lovely facilities.

TV and Wi Fi not working. Very little support to get this resolved. No resolution until we left at 11 am the next day.

May I kindly know if this was,an ethical or non ethical behaviour.On arrival we discovered that there was a pack of white star mealie meal, sealed bottles of whisky champagne and juice.I called Fifi to find out if we can purchase and drink them.She sounded surprised and not knowing about the bottles.She requested me to take a picture and forward it to her.After seeing the pictures, she then the following morning personally came to fetch them,as she after seeing the pictures, ordered me to keep them for Her. My impression is that these were leftovers from the previous day residents.Did she have the authority to take them?
