"This was the perfect place to stay as we were driving back and forth to a wedding in a local venue."

The rooms were big and very nicely furnished. The location was lovely and there was more than enough to keep us occupied on the one rainy day we were there. There was plenty of reading material and I enjoyed solving a jigsaw puzzle.

I found the gravel in the parking area difficult to drive on.

"Pleasant"

Location

Entrance awkward No lighting cabin only torches No hand rails Banged head few times on entrance to toilet/shower also needs finishing off. Not really suitable for peeps with mobility problems as 3 x small steps to cabin + short walk roughly 80 meters to cabin .cabin was damp as could see wood becoming wet behind bed weather wasn't great tho

No breakfast, accommodation was very basic, but it wasn’t clean

The room was dusty, not clean, the shower and toilet facilities were of a low standard and not clean

"Perfect stay!"

We choose to book the house for a couple days as was attending a wedding close by- hosts were absolutely brilliant! So accommodating and lovely, even dropping us up to the venue (hugely appreciated) The house was beyond our expectations! It was so spacious and had everything and more we needed for our weekend for a great price too! Would definitely stay here again.

"Peaceful haven"

We had such a great weekend staying here. We were blessed with the weather and the location was perfect for us. Peaceful, private and secluded space surrounded by birds, wild flowers , fruit trees , just the sound of nature. The cabin itself is cosy , welcoming and very comfy . The facilities are spot on , everything you need for an outdoor uncomplicated and rustic stay. We enjoyed sitting out in the orchard and just relaxing. The hosts Hettie and Dave are really lovely and welcoming , and a special bonus for us was meeting their two adorable little dogs . This is such a lovely, special and unique place, just what you need if you want or need to step out of all the hustle and bustle of a busy life! Hope to return! 😊
