Littlebridge Farmhouse

Lovely cottage with everything you could want as very well equipped. Cosy and stylish. Quiet location in small village (we tried the local pub and it was great)

A small point was the lack of a shower in the bathroom

The eco cabin was quirky, quiet and in a nice location

The cabin was dark, even in normal daylight so would be good to have a rechargeable battery lantern type light inside as using torches all the time a little difficult.

Comfortable and tranquil whilst being perfectly located for visiting a vast range of attractions.

Was as described really. Hut was slightly bigger than expected which was a bonus. We took a battery pack and a torch as there was no mains power in the hut, but this was well described when we booked it, so was expected.

Nothing in particular. Take two torches so you can find your way to the toilet and still have some light in the cabin. Take a towel as these aren't provided, can't remember if this is mentioned in the description but we took one anyway. Also, it's worth taking a lighter as there we some candles in the hut. We don't know if these were provided by the hosts or whether they'd been left by previous guests. Maybe take a small mirror as well as the one in the bathroom isn't the best.

The peace and quiet was lovely, great location only 5minute drive into Bude. The dog loved having the run of the large private garden/orchard. Hetty was a fabulous host. Anybody looking for a simple, basic holiday I can highly recommend. We will definitely be back 🙂
