BRAND NEW LSITING!Wonderful One Bedroom Apartment

Spacious, comfortable apartment well-stocked with utensils, appliances and other supplies. We appreciated the washing machine and coffee machine. Great location near a 2 lovely parks, the river, a historic church, and easy walk to city centre.

The steps down to basement flat and the entrance area were crumbling, in a poor state and a hazard to negotiate, especially for an older couple with suitcases. The back outdoor area was similarly rough and untidy. We felt uncomfortable being in both of these spaces. If they could be repaired or done up it would be a huge improvement.

Departamento muy cómodo y con lo necesario para pernoctar. Tuvimos un problema con el lavamanos que se tapó pero que apenas avisamos al anfitrión, se solucionó. El parking está muy cerca del departamento, lo que fue también muy cómodo y conveniente.

The towels were fluffy and the location was satisfactory.

Not our best experience at this apartment and as a result would not recommend. The microwave did not work, oven did not work on arrival (replaced by tradesman on day 2 of our stay), kitchen equipment very limited, some needs to be replaced due to very poor condition, and no kitchen plug. Dishwasher smells and does not look very clean, detergent not released during wash so unsure what actually gets cleaned. Bathroom sink plug stuck on first use and sink stayed unusable. Bed squeaks and rattles so husband slept on lounge. We requested additional sheets however no assistance provided, so had to use uncovered doona. Parking is available, but instructions are confusing, we requested clarification without receiving a response. The issues were raised with the contact person however email communications were difficult and no remedies were provided during our three day stay. Perhaps unique for this booking was the early check in/late check out offer, with a £25 / hr cost. Pricey??

Old abandoned suitcase outside the back door Garden could have been wonderful but was covered in leaves and cobwebs so furniture was unusable without spending time cleaning it up.

Süß, so persönlich, als wäre man bei einer Familie zu Gast. Sehr groß - eine komplett Wohnung inclusive Garten und Badewanne. Gut ausgestattete Küche.

Im Untergeschoss, daher bisschen dunkel. Der Treppenaufgang könnte mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Bitte mal neue Pfannen kaufen.

It was in a convenient and very nice area of Bath in walking distance of everything. Being in the basement kept us nice and cool even when it was very hot outside. They also brought us a fan to keep us cool which was very thoughtful.

The whole apartment could do with a good clean and scrub. Walls and furniture stained There was a very strong smell in the apartment like cat urine which was very unpleasant. The outside areas were not really usable due to neglect. Also there is a notice saying you need to be quiet after 10pm which was a little odd.
