Spacious, warm, very comfortable, good facilities and walking distance to the centre.

The property smelt of damp throughout. Courtyard garden overgrown, not much of a garden to sit out in and have a drink. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

A cosy apartment less than 10 minutes from the centre, Very bright !! We really enjoyed it!!

Conveniently located near the city center, with numerous restaurants and pubs in close proximity. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. Communication was excellent, with responses provided within 30 minutes. I will certainly consider staying here again.

Could do with a touch up in the bedroom , walls and socket on wall.

I liked the size of the flat and the sitting room was quite nice with a fairly large couch and nice tv. Toilet was also nice.Kitchen was also well equipped.

I didn’t realise it was a basement flat, so it was a slight surprise but that’s fine. The bedroom was quite cold as I don’t think the insulation was very good, they did provide a small radiator but it wasn’t ideal for me as I have eczema and my choices were radiator causing dryness or being cold.

The flat is really spacious and cosy. The communication with the host was very easy.

Very clean property, a short walk from the centre of Bath. Perfect for exploring. Off road parking was great and easy to find. Well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay, and a very helpful team if there were any issues.

Heating could’ve been turn on prior to arrival.

No breakfast involved, was self catering. Location good. Decor attractive. Plenty of hot water. Good heating. Kitchen facilities very good.

At first unable to find the correct apartment as we arrived in the dark. Couldn't find the lock box as it wasn't located by the door. The address signage could be better for the apartment. The steps down to the apartment were covered in wet leaves making ascent and descent precarious. The bed was extremely noisy due to the fact it was a wooden frame and creaked with every movement all night.

Fantastic location. Close to town and all its attractions, suited us as we were on foot. Nicely decorated apartment. Decent size. Comfortable and equipped well. Lounge area especially nice. Generally very clean. Outside area looked nice but didn't use as is winter, be lovely in summer though. Host good at responding to messages. Instructions for entry and exit of the flat clear and easy.

Broken fan and shelf in bedroom upon arrival. I don't know why these items hadn't been removed? They were a hazard. Bathroom and bedroom could do with some attention. Stains up the walls, skirting board off in bathroom. Bed was super squeaky!! Needs replacing. Outside light not working, makes the steps down to flat a bit treacherous in the dark.
