The one story condo is beautiful, very spacious and up to date. We really enjoyed all the space to chill. We didn't use the kitchen but it has plenty of room. The location is very quiet. There is a pool for the complex but we did not have time to use it. Overall, it was a wonderful home.

One of the blinds in the living room would not open properly. The unit was a bit hard to find but not a big deal.

The kitchen was well furnished and equipped with appliances. Bedrooms were quiet and private. Common areas were comfortable with plenty of room. Garage/washer & dryer are very helpful. Immaculately clean. Fan was furnished for the Guest room. TV was huge with good cable. Patio was awesome with nice furniture and gas grill. Pool was close to unit. Landscaping was neat and grounds clean. Management was quick to respond to any questions or solve any issues we had. Would recommend for a family.

Polyester sheets are a no no. Only the younger generation could possibly climb onto the master bed. A complimentary first morning coffee supply would be very nice. The view would have been wonderful if we could have managed the large window blinds in the living room. These need to be replaced badly with some user friendly functional shades! The AC was inadequate for early summer, moderately warm days, so can not imagine what it will be like in the real heat. If the unit is freezing up, it needs to be serviced. The larger guest bedroom gets the daily sun and needs some blinds that will block some light and heat. Just a bit of attention and this would be an A+,

The view, the landscape, the interconnecting garage was helpful during the storm, the large windows

The mattress in main bedroom needs to be refreshed as has large hallow on left side and bed frame squeaks. Otherwise all good.
