The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good, in the city. Didn't have to drive too much to go anywhere. I booked the Venus/honeymoon suite. The room is big and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean.

The main reason I booked the Venus suite is for the bathtub, but it doesn't work. The room is also very cold with little to no insulation.

Perfect location. Spacious rooms, hot water in bathroom. Parking.

No proper cleaning service. Very old blankets and towels they didn't replace; even after multiple customer reviews, they are still using the same. An extra 500 rupees was asked for the firewood. No temperature control inside the room; if needed, need to pay. For Gas Cylinder need to pay extra amount.

I like the ambience of the house

My only cocern is that a room heater facility is not available

Cleanliness, hotel rooms

Parking is available but they are telling like we want to park the car at conjested place..if we park our car at that narrow place it will scratch the doors..they didn't even understand the situation..one old house keeping man are very rude...they are taking rudely and they didn't understand what we are saying He scolding every tourist..who are all staying there at that time

Breakfast and dinner were superb. The manager Mr. Bhaskar and his staff are very helpful and polite.Stay was very comfortable. Fireplace was very helpful as nights were chilly due to some rain during our stay. Overall my family had very enjoyable experience at this Ooty hotel.
