Its in a quiet location although city center is walkable. Excellent Host

Hot water in toilet could have been better. Bath tub was of no use because the water flow was very slow.

Large room, comfortable bed. Quiet, location reasonably close to bus station and botanic gardens.

Breakfast not included in price. They kept offering to sell us omelette on bread, but without mention of cost or having a menu with costs. No credit card facility, and they tried to add GST on top of amount quoted by Booking.com. poor English language, so unable to provide assistance with tours or transport..
