Opulent Georgian townhouse overlooking Spencer Square

Loved the layout and the decor. A very cool place. The bathrooms were great and the space downstairs is perfect for entertaining. Location is perfect too. Close to the beach and the town with some lovely little pubs nearby too.

Apart from the noisy neighbours everything was perfect!

The townhouse was very spacious, the whole house was beautiful, and the large beds very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Only a short 10-15 min walk to the harbour and restaurants. I wish we stayed longer to make use of the projector and big screen. There was free parking outside, but difficult to get a space. We booked Just Park in Waitrose car park, which was only a 5 min walk.

There wasn't much to find to dislike about this house, only a small thing, when cooking the hob and sink area could be slightly better lit.

Could have only been improved by a couple of minor things - earlier check in time being one. One pillow case had slight stain but the rest of the house was exceptionally clean so this very much felt like a one-off.

Excellent location. Short walking distance to the marina and restaurants. The house was well looked after, provided all the facilities a large group or family would need. Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. The bathrooms also wonderful to use. A real joy to spend time in this house.

The stairs to the top floor are a little steep, a hand rail would be useful for safety.
