Feochan View

We went up to scatter my Daughters ashes meeting at Ganavan Beach Oban with her husband and In laws and young kids x 5 and 7 we thankyou ❤️ loved it here x Fitting or our stay x peacefully and quiet We go to Oban every year and hopefully return next year. Thankyou

A wee bit tired looking a bit of a refurbishment maybe but great for the price.. lovely location x

Host was lovely helpful and considerate and super dog friendly.

Some sporadic road noise at night however that wouldn’t put us off returning again.

Comfy place. Like a home away from home. Excellent and beautiful views.

What a nice little house! The view out the window was like something from a movie, the house was warm and had everything one would need for a weekend away. We felt very cozy and safe, would definitely recommend.

Nothing in the Cottage from the Garden to the front Door was very welcoming and once inside We wanted to leave If hadn,t arrived too late to find somewhere else would have left immediately My partner Greek so when chap came to the door he didn't know what to say in case were put out in the street ona bitterly cold wet night I unfortunately was having a breakdown upstairs once heard bedroom window and roof tiles rattling and realising were at least there until morning I would have made the situation worse by this stage as was sobbing uncontrollably and had already thrown up with sheer nerves over situation Absolutely filthy kitchen flooring cooker toaster and all work surfaces so couldn,t even make ourselves a cuppa Everything needed a thorough clean Crockery was old and worn out Think most things were Charity Shop finds Whole house in need of redecorating as must be 60,s when last saw Anaglypta wallpaper and they even had some on ceilings May have looked a little bit more acceptable if had been painted since originally put on Doors were filthy with years of dirty handprints and different colour attempts to touch up chips Even curtains had dirty marks on them which were of dubious origins The listing showed 2 sofas but when walked into lounge saw I old 70,s sofa in brown and a fireside chair that was full of cat hairs Everywhere was in need of repair cleaning or refurbishment We have used Booking .

Ok maybe got this back to front I would not have had anything to say good about 6 Feochan Cottage Oban anyway In fact if had.t been fact arrived so late at night I would have left immediately Put our car rugs over sofa and tried to sleep a little so could leave in the morning Place looked even worse in daylight Garden hadn,t been touched in a long time and even windows were filthy
